How to get rid of the rust:

A light application of WD - 40 & scrub with a steel wool.

White wine vinegar & salt for 1 - 2 days. Then scrub & neutralize with a baking soda solution.

After rust removal dry tools completely & apply an oil barrier to prevent future rust.
