Wholesale FAQ

Thank you for your interest in opening an account! 

Please read the information below and if you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us.

All prices displayed are G.S.T inclusive. 

Shipping is not included in the total when you place an order. We will add the shipping cost to your invoice which will be emailed to you for payment.


Who can open a wholesale account?

Whether you are a retail store, online store, home based business or market seller, as long as you meet our minimum order requirements, you can apply to open an account. When you apply, a normal account will be opened for you. Once your application has been approved we will switch you over to a wholesale account so you can view wholesale pricing.


What if i already have a regular account?

Let us know and we can switch your account to a wholesale one. Your login and password will remain the same. 


What is the minimum order requirement?

Our minimum order requirement is a spend of $150 including GST per order. All prices shown on the website are GST inclusive. There are no minimum order quantity requirements. As long as you meet the $150 order threshold, you can place an order.


Wholesale Login

Once you've been approved, login through the regular login portal. Our system will recognise you as a wholesale customer and you will now be able to see reduced pricing next to the crossed out full price. You may need to refresh the website a few times to clear the cache.

If you aren't able to meet the minimum order requirement but would still like to place a small order at regular pricing, you will need to create another account using a different email address.


Are all of the products on your website wholesale?

No, not all of the products on our website are wholesale. As we have a retail store as well, we have a wide variety of products to compliment our range. Our wholesale customers can still receive discounts from 10% for non wholesale products.


I'm trying to checkout but a message says unable to ship to my address.


Oops that shouldn't be happening! Please let us know if this happens to you and even better if you can send us a screenshot of the items in your cart.


How do i pay for my order?

Once your order is processed shipping costs will be calculated and added to your invoice. You will be sent an email with a link to review your order and complete payment. Add your delivery address or select pick up if collecting in store. Proceed to payment where you can choose to pay by eftpos/credit card or bank deposit.

After a period of time where you have placed a few orders with us, we will send through a credit application form if you wish to change your account to a "20th of the month" credit account. 


Has my order been placed? I haven't received an email.

Yes, when you place a wholesale order it is treated as a draft order. You won't receive any confirmation email  or order information in your customer account until we have processed it and calculated shipping. This may take up to one working day. Feel free to email us if you would like to check if your order has been received.


What if an item/s arrives damaged?

Please check all items when they arrive. If an item is damaged, please take a photo and send us an email at info@artisanboutique.co.nz


Can i pick up items from your store in Pukekohe?

Yes you can arrange to collect your items in store. Please leave a note requesting pick up and we will contact you when your order is ready to be uplifted. Our pick up address is 188 King Street, Pukekohe, Auckland.

Please note, not all of our wholesale products are stored in our retail store. To ensure that the items you want are available and in the quantities you need, please make sure you place your order online first.


Do i have to purchase online or can i purchase wholesale in store? 

You can use your wholesale account to purchase in person in store. You must have a valid wholesale account and provide your customer account name when purchasing. 

Please be reminded, we may not be able to accommodate you if you need larger quantities than what is on display in our retail store. If we do not have enough stock on hand, you may need to come back at a later time to collect the rest of your purchase.

The $150 minimum spend applies in store as well.
