Shipping and Returns


We split some of our online stock with our retail store. Therefore, we may have larger quantities of an item in stock than what is 'available' on the website. If you need more than what is available, don't hesitate to contact us as we may have more for you.

This also means, on a rare occasion an item may have sold in store and we have not been able to remove it from the website. If that is the case and an item you have purchased is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange a replace or refund of that item.



We aim to ship all paid orders within 24hrs of payment receipt. This is not guaranteed however, and if your order is urgent we encourage you to contact us so we can make your order a priority and ensure it is received in the time frame you require.

We ship to non rural, rural and PO Boxes. Parcels are sent non-signature required.


Our New Zealand shipping rates are based on order value and location as below:

North Island with order value below $99.99 - $5.50 (Rural + $3.70)

South Island with order value below $99.99 - $7.50 (Rural + $3.70)

Nationwide with order value above $100.00 - FREE

As shipping costs are based on order value, there will be instances where small orders can be sent at a cheaper rate. In these cases, we will add extra goodies to compensate for the difference paid. So, don't worry if you're only ordering one or two very small items. We'll send it at the cheapest rate possible and with a few gifts to cover the difference. 


Our International shipping rates are based on order size and weight:

Australia small parcels - $11

Worldwide small parcels - $13

If you order cannot be sent as a small parcel at the above shipping rates we will contact you with the actual shipping costs for your approval and confirmation. You are then welcome to proceed with your order or cancel it if you prefer.

To reduce our Carbon Footprint as a business we will no longer be sending a color copy of your invoice in each package, a copy of your invoice is sent to your email and will be available in your purchase history if you create an account. If you must have a printed copy of your order in black and white please leave us a message and we will be glad to send you one! 

Due to the fragile nature of our products we do need to use bubble wrap and occasionally foam packaging to protect your products in transit. We do not purchase these new and only choose to reuse materials that we receive during our shipments. We hope that you will also be able to save and reuse these materials and make them go further.

If your item is a gift let us know! Our packages are already lovely but we'll add that extra special touch for the recipient! 



If you have changed your mind about an item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept exchanges for credit or replacement, but not refunds. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility. Return items must be sent unused and in the original condition it was received.

Please note - we cannot accept returns for jewellery, books or magazines.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us with the problem. We will do everything we can to ensure a speedy and satisfactory result. In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you credit or a refund.
