ORDERING INFO

To order, place your items in your cart and checkout as normal. We will process your order and send you an invoice for the total including shipping. We calculate shipping after receiving your order so we can provide you with the best courier option.

We have a busy retail store and items may sell out before they can be removed from the website. Your invoice will be updated with any changes if applicable.

 

PAYMENT

We accept payments via bank deposit, credit/debit card via Paypal and 6 weekly payments through Laybuy.com. 

In store pick ups can be paid by cash, card or Laybuy.

 

SHIPPING

We aim to ship all paid orders the following day after payment is received. This is not guaranteed however, and if your order is urgent we encourage you to contact us so we can make your order a priority and ensure it is received in the time frame you require.

We ship to non rural, rural and PO Boxes. Parcels are sent non-signature required.

 

 

International Orders Welcome 

Please email us with your order requirements so we can provide you with an accurate shipping cost. Payment can be made via Paypal.

PACKAGING

To reduce our Carbon Footprint as a business we will no longer be sending a paper copy of your invoice in each package, a copy of your invoice is sent to your email and will be available in your purchase history if you create an account. If you must have a printed copy of your order in black and white please leave us a message and we will be glad to send you one! 

Due to the fragile nature of our products we do need to use bubble wrap and occasionally foam packaging to protect your products in transit. We do not purchase these new and only choose to reuse materials that we receive during our shipments. We hope that you will also be able to save and reuse these materials and make them go further.

If your item is a gift let us know! We'll add that extra special touch for the recipient! 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you have changed your mind about an item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept exchanges for credit or replacement, but not refunds. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility. Return items must be sent unused and in the original condition it was received.

Please note - we cannot accept returns for jewellery, books or magazines.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us with the problem. We will do everything we can to ensure a speedy and satisfactory result.
