ORDERING INFO

To place an order, simply add your desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout as you normally would.

For smooth delivery, please ensure that you select the appropriate postage option, either rural or non-rural, based on your delivery address. This will help avoid any unnecessary delays.

Please note that for larger items, the estimated postage on our website may be higher than the actual cost. We strive to provide you with the most cost-effective and expedient postage option available and if the postage cost is lower than initially quoted, we will refund you the difference.

As we operate a busy retail and wholesale store, there may be instances where stock quantities may not accurately reflect availability. Should an item become unavailable after you place your order, we will promptly notify you.

 

I'm trying to checkout but a message says unable to ship to my address.

Oops that shouldn't be happening! Please let us know if this happens to you and even better if you can send us a screenshot of the items in your cart.

 

PICK UP IN STORE

If you prefer to pick up your order in-store, simply select the pick-up option during the checkout process. Once your order is processed and ready for collection, we will send you an email notification. When you come to collect your order, kindly bring your order number with you.

 

PAYMENT

We accept payments via bank deposit, credit/debit card via Paypal and 6 weekly payments through Laybuy.com. 

For in-store pick-ups, we accept payments in cash, card, or through Laybuy.

 

SHIPPING

Our goal is to dispatch all paid orders on the same or following business day after receiving payment. While we strive to meet this timeframe, please note that it is not guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive or urgent, we recommend contacting us directly. We will do our best to prioritize your order.

We offer shipping to non-rural, rural, and PO Box addresses. Please be aware that our parcels are sent without requiring a signature upon delivery. If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us after placing your order.

 

International Orders Welcome 

Please email us with your order requirements so we can provide you with an accurate shipping cost. Payment can be made via Paypal.

PACKAGING

To reduce our Carbon Footprint as a business we will no longer be sending a paper copy of your invoice in each package, a copy of your invoice is sent to your email and will be available in your purchase history if you create an account. If you must have a printed copy of your order in black and white please leave us a message and we will be glad to send you one! 

Due to the fragile nature of our products we use bubble wrap and occasionally foam packaging to protect your products in transit. We reuse and repurpose most of our packaging material, so although our packaging may not be the prettiest, we hope your item reaches you safely. We hope that you will also be able to save and reuse these materials and make them go further.

If your item is a gift let us know! We'll add that extra special touch for the recipient! 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you have changed your mind about an item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept exchanges for credit or replacement, but not refunds. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility. Return items must be sent unused and in the original condition it was received.

Please note - we cannot accept returns for jewellery, books or magazines.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us with the problem. We will do everything we can to ensure a speedy and satisfactory result.
