We aim to dispatch all orders with 24 hours of payment receipt. Sometimes this may take longer if the courier is not able to pick up parcels the day we book them. We welcome all queries so if your order status has not changed to 'shipped' in a timely manner do not hesitate to contact us about your parcel.

Shipping Methods

The method we use to send your purchase is at our discretion. Generally, small packages are sent via Post Haste or Castle Parcel Couriers. Rural and PO Box orders are sent via NZ Post. All International orders are sent via International Air. Courier deliveries are all non signature required parcels unless requested otherwise. If you would like your parcel sent as signature required please leave a message when placing your order. If you have any special delivery instructions you may also add this when checking out. If you have a strong preference for a specific method of delivery please get in touch as soon as you place your order. We'll be happy to send using the method you require.

NZ Shipping

  • We have a flat rate delivery of only $4.50 for all NZ orders (excluding packaging boxes and displays). This includes rural addresses and po boxes. Save the guess work and order as many items as you like for one set delivery cost.
  • If your order is very small eg a couple of charms, you can choose to send your order in an envelope for $2. This option is at your risk and we will not refund for any items that arrived damaged or go missing. If we feel your order is too large or thick to be sent in an envelope or unsafe we will contact you to upgrade delivery.
  • Spend over $60 and your order ships FREE!
  • Orders will be sent via Courier or NZ Post. We will select the best method of delivery based on your order and location. 
  • If you do not receive your order within 5 working days please contact us. NZ Post requires a missing parcel claim to be made within 14 days to be eligible for compensation. So please, if you do not receive your order in a timely manner don't hesitate to get in touch. 

We retain all tracking numbers where applicable. As soon as your parcel is in the Couriers system you will be emailed a link with tracking.

International Shipping

  • Yes we deliver worldwide! 
  • Shipping costs provided during checkout are for small packages. If your order cannot be sent at these shipping rates we will email you with the correct postage cost after receiving your order. You can choose to pay the difference or cancel your order.
  • We do our utmost to ensure your order is packaged in the most economical way possible while keeping your items safe for transit.
  • All international orders are sent via International Airmail. Approximate delivery time is 4-10 working days however any delays once your package is in the postal system is out of our control. If your order does not reach you in a timely manner please contact us so we can help. 
  • There is no track and trace service for International Airmail. Tracking or courier service can be purchased at an additional cost.
  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or other charges for your country.
